Denison Mines Corp. is a Canadian uranium mining, development, and exploration company focused on assets in the Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan. Its core business centers on advancing the Wheeler River project, where it holds an effective 95% interest in a large undeveloped uranium deposit under a site preparation and construction licence. The company also holds interests in the McClean Lake Joint Venture, the Midwest project, and the Waterbury Lake property, giving it exposure to mining, milling, and nearby development opportunities across the region. In addition, Denison has interests through JCU in several Canadian uranium joint ventures and maintains a portfolio that combines development-stage projects with exploration ground and uranium-related holdings. Denison Mines Corp. plays a notable role in the North American uranium sector as a developer with operating partnerships, processing access, and a concentrated presence in one of Canada’s most important uranium districts.

Why there are no quarterly figures for Denison Mines Corp.

This company does not file structured financial statements with the U.S. SEC, so quarterly figures aren't available from our filings-based data engine. Annual figures shown here come from the sources that do cover it.

Revenue
The top line — total sales before any costs or taxes are subtracted. A measure of how much business the company is doing.
Net Income
The bottom line — profit left after subtracting all expenses, interest, and taxes from revenue. Reflects accounting profitability, but includes non-cash items like depreciation, so it isn't the same as cash earned.
Operating Cash Flow
The real cash generated by the day-to-day business — selling products, paying suppliers, collecting from customers. Calculated from net income by adding back non-cash items and adjusting for timing (unpaid bills, unsold inventory). When OCF consistently lags net income, the reported profit may not be converting to real money.
