Through its Consumer Lending division, Navient engages in the origination, acquisition, ownership, and servicing of high-quality private education loans. The Business Processing segment focuses on delivering services to government and healthcare organizations. Lastly, the "Other" segment covers the corporate liquidity portfolio, profits or losses resulting from debt repurchases, unallocated expenses for shared services, and various restructuring or reorganization costs.
