DINO NYSEHF Sinclair Corporation is an independent energy company that focuses on refining, renewables, marketing, lubricants and midstream operations across North America and select international markets. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, it produces and markets high-value light products including gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, renewable diesel and other specialty petroleum products for transportation and industrial use. HF Sinclair owns and operates seven complex refineries in Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Wyoming, Washington and Utah, supplying fuels primarily to the Southwest United States, the Rocky Mountains, the Pacific Northwest and neighboring Plains states. The company is structured into five main segments: Refining, Renewables, Marketing, Lubricants & Specialties, and Midstream, providing an integrated downstream platform. Its renewables activities center on multiple renewable diesel units, while its lubricants and specialties subsidiaries manufacture base oils and specialized lubricants in the U.S., Canada and the Netherlands and export products to more than 80 countries. HF Sinclair also offers transportation, terminalling, storage and throughput services through extensive pipeline and terminal infrastructure that supports both its own refineries and third-party customers.
