It also encompasses an Internet of Things (IoT) portfolio, control and management systems available on-premises or via the cloud, and a suite of software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications focused on security, location tracking, reporting, and analytics. 3. Access Network Solutions (ANS): This segment delivers critical components such as cable modem termination systems, video infrastructure, and distribution and transmission apparatus. It also offers cloud-based solutions, all designed to empower facility-based service providers in building out their residential and metropolitan distribution networks. Vistance Networks serves a diverse clientele, including telecommunications carriers, data center administrators, cable television operators, and multi-system operators. The company distributes its products and services via a multifaceted channel strategy, engaging independent distributors, specialized resellers, wireless and wireline operators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and system integrators, alongside direct sales to customers. Originally established in 1976 and headquartered in Richardson, Texas, the company operated as CommScope Holding Company, Inc. until it rebranded to Vistance Networks, Inc. in January 2026.
